Honest, Fast, Articulate, and Intelligent. - Mechanic Campbell
This recommendation is long over due. I found Jeff of FleetTech by reading reviews of him on Yelp. About a year ago I
decided to bring my car to have its breaks replaced at a small local shop rather than bringing it to the VW dealership.
The breaks were repaired. Shortly there after, I started to sense some issues with the car. The main issue was a rattling
sound coming from the back right side, as if there was something loose like a bunch of rattling bolts in a plastic container.
I also happen to have some "recall issues" to take care of so I decided to take the car to the VW dealership and asked
them to assess the issue while they make the necessary recall adjustments. I DO NOT trust the dealership and often even
suspect that their recalls are a bunch of bull. Anyhow, they assessed the rattling sound as a repair that would cost me over
$1000 to fix! They also told me that the break replacement that was done previously was done poorly and that I should
have had them do it.

I refused the repair and continued driving the car. Several months later I was having issues starting the car and decided
to bring it to Jeff. He quickly assessed that I simply needed a new battery. I then asked him to check out the rattling noise.
He listened to my entire story and shortly there after discovered that the break repair shop had neglected to replace the
"shims" on my back breaks. The VW dealership must have known this and purposely mislead me to believe that the
problem was worse than it really was.

Jeff is honest, fast, articulate and intelligent...and very easy on the eyes! ( : I give him an A+

Great Customer Service. - Auto Service San Jose
Just spoke with Jeff on the phone to schedule a 90K maintenance for my '05 Saab 9-3. The service described seemed
to be comprehensive and came with a reasonable price tag (with 10% off Yelper discount!) He was able to "squeeze me
in" to work on my car tomorrow morning, and he even agreed to drop me off at work. Great customer service! The review
on the s ervices performed on my car will be followed.

There is no B.S. with these guys!. - Toyota Repair Campbell
Just like everyone else on here, I am pleased to give this place a wonderful rating. Jeff (the owner) is a great, intelligent
guy who truly knows exactly what he's doing and cares for his clients. Before he inspected my 4WD1994 Toyota 4Runner,
he greeted me warmly and provided excellent customer service. His positive attitude made me feel comfortable leaving
my car with him before he even inspected it (I was in a big hurry to get to work) and i fully trusted him to be honest,
thorough, and not try to cheat and scam me (like most other auto places I've been to!) Oh, and I also just walked in without
an appointment and he was able to see me without any wait. I needed to get my break pads changed because they were
squealing REALLY loudly and I felt unsafe driving around. Shortly after I dropped off my car, Jon (one of the technicians)
called me to inform me that my routers also needed replacement and they were completely worn out...because I am a
chick and do not know much about cars Jon took the time to clearly explain to me why I needed this done and how much
it would cost. By the way, I paid under $400 for all this, when my old mechanic told me it would be $400 just to change
the break pads! I am glad I came to Fleet Tech because they treated me like family and I honestly feel like they gave me
the be$t deal! I will definitely come back here again for all my auto repair needs and have already encouraged my
parents and some friends to come here to fix their cars. I am passionate about Fleet Tech because there's no BS with
those guys and they do a fast and fabulous job! I dropped my car off at 11am and Jeff called me at like 4 to tell me the
job was done...now that's impressive!

FleetTech is Awesome. - Car Repair Shop
Fleettech Auto is.. awesome.. that's all I can say.. Jeff took literally 1.5 hours just inspecting my car to tell me what
was wrong with it.. He is fast and honest (which is the #1 thing you need to look for in an auto shop). He won't try to
rip you off like almost everyone else does... you should go! :)

Honest and Treated me with Respect. - Automobile Air Conditioning Service
I have only lived in this area for a short time. My car's air conditioning would go on and off.
I took it to the dealership to drop it off and wait to find out what caused the problem, I was told whenever I mentioned
that I would wait to find out that it would be hours for them to discover the problem in order to fix it. At $$$. I had had a
local service station repalce the controller on the air meaning putting the whole unti that turns the fan switch on off etc.
located in the dash, and afterwards it was doing the same thing and they weren't sure of what caused the problem thats
after money spent for parts and labor.

I drove around in the heat for a couple of weeks sometimes it worked but most of the time my 2006 Nissian Exterra did
not work it has only 55,000 miles so go figure.

I decided to look up auto repair online and saw Fleet Tech, I called , made the appt for the next am and at 10am I met
Jeff, he said it would take some time to check it out, I thought oh no here we go again,,, he told me the possibilites for
what it could be, to my surprise he said he only needed an hour, he dropped me off at Starbucks and in an hour or less
picked me up he was sure he knew what the problem was and he could fix it the same day.
He called in for the part, from the dealship replaced it and even took the time to replace the previous part on the dash
so that I could return it to the dealership and hopefully get some of my money back.
I was so impressed with his quick service,,, the way he went about finding the problem was exceptional.
Jeff is very bright and honest and treated me with respect, I am a young senior, the price was more than fair and the job
well done.

I do hope that you viewers take thee time to read this!!!!!

Had it done within 24 Hours! - Auto Mechanic San Jose
What can I say about Jeff and Fleet Tech. My wife's car was leaking gas somewhere, as the odor of gas fumes was
overwhelming in the vehicle. I told her to look on Yelp for a good mechanic, and she found Fleet Tech. Jeff did a great
job diagnosing the problem, and keeping us updated on all issues he was finding. He even kept all of the old parts,
and thoroughly pointed out and explained why he had to replace them. I learned a lot about 02 sensors, and other
stuff that I've already forgotten. I would recommend them to anybody in need of car service. Also, he was very fast. It
was a fairly big job, and he had it done within 24 hours.

Very Courteous Service! - Auto Repair in San Jose
Jeff and the FleetTech crew has impressed me! I called late in the evening to leave a message, hoping they might call back
the next morning. Well, Jeff (who is the president) called back that evening! I explained what my car's problem was, the battery
connectors and cables were eaten away by corrosion. I went in first thing the next morning. My car was taken care of within
hours. The service was very courteous, the price affordable, the work clean, precise and they even reset my dashboard clock
after having removed the battery.

I'm quite pleased with the level of service I've received and I will return to FleetTech. I will also recommend them to my friends.

Recommend Them To My Friends! - Campbell Auto Shop
My 1996 Honda Accord needed new front axles and I received price quotes ranging from $600 - $725 from several auto
repair shops. I found Fleet Tech on the internet and read the good reviews on Yelp so I gave Jeff a call. He said he could
replace both front axles for $350, so I drove to his shop in Campbell and got to watch while he and Roberto did the repair.
They did a great job and completed the work in about 45 minutes. Jeff is a nice guy and seems very knowledgeable and
honest. My car has other problems and Jeff told me I didn't need to fix them right away which was great since I'm out of work
right now. Most mechanics try to scare you into fixing as much as possible to get more business from you. I will definitely
bring my car back to Fleet Tech and would recommend them to my friends.

Get It Done Right! - San Jose Auto Shop
Jeff is just about the best thing since sliced toast. Great manners, great response time, great prices and all-around great guy.
My Mercedes gets top notch attention whenever I bring it in, and he knows my model inside and out. Fast dependable and
knowledgeable. What more could you ask for? So far: purchase inspection (when I bought it--used), motor mounts, electrical
diagnosis, sway bar bushings, oil change, radiator flush/fill AND great referrals for other stuff like: tires, alignments, used
parts suppliers. Sheesh. GO THERE and GET IT DONE. RIGHT.

Professional, Honest and Knowledgeable - Car Mechanic
I called the Mercedes dealer to make an appointment to have my ML320 checked for a BAS light, as well as a Check Engine
light on the console. They wouldn't so much as look at the car without quoting a ridiculous "consultation" fee, in addition to
whatever repairs would be required. I searched the Internet and discovered Fleet Tech. After reading their 5 star reviews
(one after another) I called and made an appointment to have them look at the car.

Jeff did not charge a dime to diagnose what was wrong, and came up with a solution in record time. My car was repaired
within the course of one day. When I picked up the car, the Check Engine light illuminated again. I called and Jeff, who had
planned to leave early that day, insisted I return to take another look at it. Turns out a hose was not completely seated where
it should have been; a problem that was repaired within minutes. His prices are beyond reasonable. I was impressed with
the time he took to explain what the problems were, what it would take to fix them and how he went about it. The mark of a
true professional, not mention an excellent business man. I have since not had a problem with my Mercedes.

Jeff is professional, honest and knowledgeable, as is his assistant. I have found myself a new mechanic. What's more, I've
told practically everyone I know about Jeff, Fleet Tech and the amazing service they provide.

Avoid "repair shops" and head directly to Fleet Tech. You will not be disappointed.

Every Mans' Repairman - San Jose Auto Repair
I will always come back here for service on my car.

my jeep cherokee had a problem of stalling while i was driving until it finally wouldnt start all together. there were a few
different things the symptoms point to but i didnt want to attempt to figure it out myself and end up being wrong so i brought
my jeep to fleet tech to be diagnosed and repaired. jeff is a great guy. he found the problem and presented options honestly.
i didnt feel pressured to make any decisions at all. the repair was done quickly and thoroughly at an affordable price.
this is definitely an 'every mans' repairman. id be more than happy to keep supporting fleet tech.

Completes the work on schedule! - Diesel Mechanic Campbell
Today was the third time Jeff and his mechanic at Fleettech worked on my truck. I've got a 1995 Dodge 2500 turbo diesel.
I use my truck for work and down time is a serious problem. Jeff makes a bit point to complete the work on schedule. I found
Fleettech a few months ago when I was displeased with a previous shop. Most shops don't want to touch a diesel.
I recommend Fleettech unconditionally.

Customer Service is AMAZING! - Car Service San Jose
Where do I start the praising of Fleettech and Jeff! I could go on and on! You can tell that Jeff and the Fleettech team take
pride in the work that they do. They troubleshoot a problem like it's their own vehicle and will not give up until it's fixed! The
turn around time and customer service has been amazing. Jeff is great at communicating on the status of your vehicle so
you're never left guessing what's going on. Talking to Jeff is like talking to an old friend, he's a great guy! I suggest everyone

Never Believed there was an HONEST MECHANIC until NOW! - Campbell Auto Repair
I cannot rave enough about fleet tech and specifically Jeff! I have had hundreds of bad encounters with so called "auto
repair specialists" and all have let me with a bad taste in my mouth. Then I found Fleet tech and everything changed.

Came to my house and fixed my car - Mobile Auto Repair Campbell
This is my first ever review and it's coming at the expense of Fleettech. All I have to say is that I had a great experience with
Jeff. Good guy who knows his stuff! The ignition switch where you insert your key would not turn to start my car. I tried for a
day and a half to see if I could turn it but nothing. I called around and I got the same quote from other mechanics as far as
labor and parts but with these other mechanics I would need to get my car towed which would have cost an extra $100.
I called Jeff and he was able to come to my house and fix my car. The fact that he's mobile and is able to come to you is
awesome! He also has a full auto shop so I'll definitely be taking my car to him for anything else I need. I highly recommend
Jeff and Fleettech to service your automobile.

I'm a fan for availability, cost, friendliness... - Brake Repair San Jose
Jeff was working on New Year's Day (a big plus). I had just experienced some problems with my car and didn't know exactly
what was wrong. Long story short, it had been far too long since my last oil change, and he was able to relatively quickly
diagnose as a lack of oil(I was down to 0.75 quarts. yikes.) Along with my poor oil change history, I was also overdue for a
timing belt (as several folks had told me before). Jeff was able to do the belt, water pump, coolant flush, new front brake
pads, oil change, and a second oil change (as he was not able to buy a filter on New Year's Day, but needed to add oil to
make the car safe to test drive) for just about what my second-cheapest-previous-option was going to charge for just the
timing belt.

Caveats: I have a Subaru, and Jeff is clearly not a super-expert in this particular type of car, as he was not immediately
aware it was AWD (all Subarus are AWD, in case you aren't a super-expert either). That said, I feel his overall knowledge
is good, and for most things you aren't going to need someone who only works on X brand. Also, I went to his home base in
Campbell, so I have no experience with the 'at your location' service.

I'll edit this review if it turns out anything went seriously wrong, but so far I'm a fan for availability, cost, friendliness, and
general knowledge.

Great Mechanics! - Car Repair Los Gatos
I have an 02' Mustang GT. The clutch went out so I contacted Fleettech. They came out and fixed my car that day. Jeff and
Roberto are great mechanics. My car has never ran better. I'm keeping them as my regular mechanics :) Good job guys!!!

Great Mechanics! - Car Mechanic Campbell
Jeff at Fleettech is a great mechanic and I would recommend his service to anyone. His rates are some of the best I have
ever heard of and the quality of his work is superb. My car broke down at my work in Campbell. I called Jeff and he came
out to my work diagnosed my problem in about 15 minutes and found the part for me in Stockton. He came out the very
next day at 8am and had my car up and running in less than 2 hours.

Outstanding Work Ethic! - Auto Service Campbell
Talk about service! Jeff is truley a breath of fresh air. My Jeep died and not knowing any mechanics I took a shot and
called a mobile service. You never know what your going to get, I guess I picked right. I found Jeff very knowledgable,
courtious, fair and very attentive to solving a problem, which he quickly did. Above all he is very honest, he could have
told me anything but he pin pointed the problem without trying to sell me something I didn't need. When Jeff says he'll
be there he is. I highly recommend this shop and commend Jeff and his staff on there outstanding work ethic.

After shopping around for automotive parts and service, I called Fleet Tech to discuss my issues. Jeff knew exactly what
my problems were and quoted me roughly half of what the dealership would charge. We made the appointment and he
was on time, very professional, showed up with the parts, and did the work promptly. I was very impressed with his
knowledge, and just as important, his low quote, and will ALWAYS use him with any automotive issues I have in the

Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, honest and reasonably priced - Car Mechanic San Jose
I wanted to leave very positive feedback for Jeff at FleetTech. I would highly recommend him and his service. My car would
not start at my parent's house in Newark and I tried a few basic diagnostics on my own. Before long, I knew I had to get a
mechanic to properly diagnose and repair why my car would not start since it was either a sensor, bad electric or fuel pump.
I did not want to spend $100-$200 to get my car towed to my independent mechanic in SJ (since they specialize in Saab's).
I did not want to get it towed to some unknown mechanic in the Newark/Fremont area so I was referred to Jeff at FleetTech.
I called him to explain the symptoms and what I tried to diagnose. He was patient on the phone and very friendly. I could
tell he was very knowledgeable and we set up a time the following day for him to stop by and check out my car.

The next day Jeff and his partner Roberto showed up in Newark with this big, and obviously very equipped van. He didn't
waste anytime and within 30-40 min pinpointed it to a bad fuel pump. I knew a fuel pump is not an easy thing to replace
and the parts are pretty expensive. He found the part locally and within an hour I was up and running again.

Jeff and Roberto at FleetTech are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, honest and reasonably priced. FleetTech is now my
go-to for car repairs and maintenance.

I will never go to another shop again! - Mechanic San Jose
Last week my brakes started squeeking so i called up a local mechanics shop to get a quote. The guy on the phone was
really rude and not at all helpful. He quoted me almost $400 for a new set of brakes and said that he would have to keep
my car all day. I remembered that I saw a Fleettech truck a few weeks ago on my way to work, so i looked them up on the
internet. The guy I talked to on the phone (his name is Jeff), was very kind and told me he could come to my work and
replace them while i was working, what a bonus! To top it all off he quoted me $300, well below the other shop. That
same day he came to my work (I work for a local tech company), and replaced them. I will never go to a shop again.

FleetTech is AMAZING - Auto Repair Shops Campbell
FleetTech is amazing! I had been putting off my 30,000 mile maintenance for awhile and since I was about to drive to Las
Vegas, I figured I should get it done before my trip. I was really busy and didn't have time to drop my car off at Honda for the
day so I searched Craigslist and found FleetTech. They were able to do my 30,000 mile maintenance while I was at work,
which was great, and person that came out to do the maintenance was really nice. I was impressed with the service and
I will definitely call FleetTech again.

Prices Are Great! - Auto Repair Estimates San Jose
So I have to say that Jeff ( the owner) is exceptional at what he does. He changed my Camber kit on my 96 Acura
Integra last week and it went smooth. I was not sure what type of service I was going to receive, but I was very happy.
He showed up in a big vehicle with all the tools and just began on the task at hand. I was happy to see how he worked
and how fast he accomplished the task at hand. I do recommend him and his prices are very great!
